Newspaper Office Manager Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Office Manager for the Palmyra Spectator.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizing and time management skills, be adept at working within a team environment, and exhibit outstanding customer service abilities.
Duties Include:
Creating advertising schedules Coordinating advertising with clients and maintaining meticulous ad files Proofreading ads, articles, and newspaper pages Updating social media platforms and website Maintaining subscriber files on computer systems Working with our bookkeeper on invoices and payments Working alongside our graphic artist team to create visually captivating advertisements Daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations and workflow Requirements:
