Responsibilities:
Creating Facebook Marketplace listings online, replying to messages from customers interested and getting customers on the phone to discuss inventory.
Using photo editing software to create eye catching ads.
Completing standard operating procedures such as:
receiving/parking trailers, prepping trailers to be sold, completing contracts, organizing the lot/office space.
Occasionally will need to complete contracts after 5pm.
Being a good communicator/punctual and on time for work! Work
Experience:
Prior sales experience is preferred.
Most of our highest earning salespeople have no prior experience with trailers.
Silverline has over 30 locations throughout the United States, so being able to get customers on the phone and find them exactly what they're looking for at a location close to them is what separates us from everyone else.
Skills:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is never satisfied, with an outgoing personality that is comfortable with talking to people on the phone all day long.
We are looking for someone with a great outgoing personality, your personality and how you connect with customers is what sets you apart from everyone else.
Computer literate:
Using photo editing software, sending emails, excel sheets, google drive, typing up contract invoices.
90% of daily tasks are done on computer.
Being a great communicator both in person and through other lines of communication will take you far with us.
Sales techniques can always be taught.
We will teach you everything you need to know about trailers/financing.
We can't teach the work ethic to be a top performing sales person.
Education:
High School graduate required.
Some college education preferred.
