BASF's North American Apprenticeship Development Program (NAADP) is strongly committed to attracting talented candidates like YOU to join our manufacturing workforce, where you will have the opportunity to grow your career through great work experiences further enhanced through on the job training and skills development.
As part of BASF's North American Apprenticeship Development Program (NAADP), apprentices participate in a 12-month program offering hands-on work experience in BASF's chemical manufacturing plants.
While participating in the NAADP, Apprentices will be offered wages and access to benefits.
After the successful completion of the NAADP, Apprentices will have earned a certificate of completion from the Department of Labor, received on the job training directly related to the BASF Operator role, and will have bid into a full-time role.
At the end of the apprenticeship, participants have the skills and credentials to start their career in manufacturing.
During your time as a Operator Apprentice you will Perform simple math calculations, interprets, and carries out written instructions.
Record data on log sheet; reads and interprets log sheet data.
Coordinate process operations with supervisors, co-workers, and technical personnel.
Maintains communication as related the process and equipment.
Collects and evaluates samples; documents sample results.
Monitors equipment in assigned area of responsibility for proper operation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
